All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently accept the following payment methods:

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — online banking transfer
• DuitNow QR — instant transfer via QR code

Other payment methods including credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) are currently pending approval and will be made available in due course. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or confirmed.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

A separate notification will be sent once your order has been confirmed and processed.

We ship within Malaysia only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Shogime Creations is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
